Our band is all about the music. We're not in
it for money or fame (and we probably don't have to worry about
ether). So, in the spirit of the music, all of our music
is free of charge. There are, however, some rules.
Basicly, if you are downloading the music for yourself,
you're good to go. And if you want to copy it and give
it to a someone (and I said *give*), that's cool too.
However, you can *not* download our music and redistribute it
for money. Don't sell our stuff!
If you want to include our music on a comp., Contact
us first. As long as you're not a big name company
or a selling the comp. at a ridiculous price, we'll likely be
happy to let you use our stuff.
Feel free to link our music page on your WEB page,
but do *not* link individual songs. This way, people can
view the copyright information and our ISP doesn't get pissed
for loosing band width. If you want to distribute our
music on a WEB page, Contact us first ('cuz we kind of want
the copyright information to get passed along). |
